The D.R.I.V.E. system in The War Within introduces a new way to navigate through Undermine, bringing dynamic driving mechanics, customization options, and missions.

1.

What is the D.R.I.V.E System?

D.R.I.V.E. System (Dynamic and Revolutionary Improvements to Vehicular Experiences) is a special feature first added in Patch 11.0 that includes:

  • The G-99 Breakneck Icon G-99 Breakneck kart — a quick new ground mount.
  • Dynamic driving mechanics like turbo, drifting, and job tasks.
  • Customization for your kart's color, engine, wheels, turbo, and horn.
2.

How Do You Unlock Your G-99 Breakneck?

Progress through Chapter 2 of the Undermine Campaign. Begin the No More Walkin' Here quest at the Incontinental Hotel. Follow up with License Not Required offered by Nanny Talullah, which teaches you how to drive, boost, and handle shipping tasks. Completing these intro quests will award you the G-99 Breakneck Icon G-99 Breakneck mount.

2.1.

Account-Wide Access

Once you finish the questline on your main, every alt on your account will automatically gain access to the G-99 Breakneck Icon G-99 Breakneck in Undermine.

3.

Does the G-99 Breakneck Work Exclusively in Undermine?

Yes, the G-99 Breakneck Icon G-99 Breakneck only works in Undermine. However, this is Blizzard's first dynamic ground mount, so chances are it will work in other zones in the future, just like Skyriding.
