Best MoP Remix Leveling Build for Enhancement Shaman
Dungeon and Open-World Leveling Build
This build assumes you are spending a lot of time in the open world or in dungeons, where additional AoE is needed to deal with larger pulls to keep up the pace.
Raid Leveling Build
This build is more suited toward raid content, where single-target damage is more important to deal with more boss-oriented challenges.

- Meta Gem: Oblivion Sphere / Funeral Pyre
- Cogwheel Gem: Blink / Dark Pact
- Prismatic Gems:
You will have a tremendous amount of stats as you start unlocking all Gem slots, and there is no single best stat to stack. Early on, aim for Haste and Mastery, but as you start to hit diminishing return levels, try to balance out with some Critical Strike and Versatility too.
- Tinker Gems:
- Quick Strike
- Windweaver
- Enkindle
- Lightning Rod
- Storm Overload — after getting Witch Doctor's Ancestry
- Frost Armor
- Cold Front
- Slay
- Brittle — for Dungeon content.
- Explosive Barrage

- Arcanist's Edge — paired with shield gems (such as Frost Armor)

Leveling Rotation for Enhancement Shaman
When using the slider, note that it is mostly built around the Dungeon and Open-World build above. The Raid build largely functions the same (though certain talents are not taken), and is effectively the same loadout as you will eventually take at max level on our rotation page under Storm.
- Cast Flame Shock when engaging enemies.
- Cast Feral Spirit on cooldown.
- Cast Primordial Wave on cooldown. Aim to hit a target not affected by Flame Shock.
- Cast Doom Winds on cooldown, ideally against elites are large groups of enemies.
- Cast Lightning Bolt with both 5 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon and the Primordial Wave buff.
- Cast Lava Burst if at 5 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon. If multiple targets are present, instead cast Chain Lightning.
- Cast Primal Strike.
- Cast Crash Lightning if multiple enemies are present.
- Cast Stormstrike.
- Cast Frost Shock if buffed by Ice Strike or Hailstorm.
- Cast Sundering, ideally against multiple enemies.
- Cast Lava Lash.
- Cast Ice Strike.
- Cast Frost Shock.
- Cast Lightning Bolt if at 5 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon, Lava Burst is on cooldown and nothing else is available.
