The stat priority for Enhancement Shaman in PvP is as follows:

1. Agility;
2. Versatility;
3. Mastery;
4. Haste;
5. Critical Strike;

Agility is the best stat in all situations. Versatility is the most important stat to have. This reduces the damage you take and increases your damage and healing. This is great for increasing your and your team's overall survivability.

After prioritizing Versatility, Haste should be around 15% minimum, with the remaining stats going into Mastery.
