How to Obtain the Evoker Primalist Tier Set in Dragonflight?
The Evoker tier set tokens drop from bosses in the Vault of the Incarnates raid. Alternatively, you can create them through the Revival Catalyst 6 weeks after Dragonflight Mythic+ Season 1 begins. You can also find the set pieces in the Great Vault weekly chest.
Evoker Primalist Tier Set Pieces and Appearances
The Evoker Primalist Tier Set is called Scales of the Awakened. It is comprised of the following 5 pieces of armor.
Crown of the Awakened;
Talons of the Awakened;
Hauberk of the Awakened;
Gauntlets of the Awakened;
Legguards of the Awakened.
Primalist Tier Sets come in four tints. Each tint represents a different difficulty — Raid Finder, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic.
You can unlock additional visual effects through the
Gleaming Incarnate Thunderstone item earned from
Deep Cuts From the Vault.

Devastation Evoker 2pc — Empower spells have a 5% increased chance to critically strike and also increase your critical strike chance by 5% for 6 seconds.
Devastation Evoker 2pc — Empower spells have a 25% chance to grant you 6 seconds of
Fury of the Aspects without causing Exhaustion.
Preservation Evoker Primalist Tier Set Bonuses in Dragonflight
Preservation Evoker 2pc — Empower spells increase
Reversion's chance to critically heal by 25% for 6 seconds.
Preservation Evoker 4pc —
Reversion healing has a chance to cause your next
Living Flame to cast instant and deal 20% increased healing or damage. Stacks up to 2 times.
