Below, you will find our recommended levelling build and talent pickup order for your Frost Mage in MoP Remix. There are various ways of Levelling in MoP Remix, and we offer some builds for the most relevant ways.

Gems are one of the unique ways to augment your character in MoP Remix, offering offensive, defensive, and utility benefits. On this page, we list the best gems for each type. To learn more about Gems in MoP Remix in general, check out our dedicated page below.

It should be noted that these gems are, by and large, untested territory. The suggestions listed should be taken as just that, suggestions of the author. Given you can freely change gems around, and the fun nature of this event, trying things that you think will work better should be encouraged!

The Tinker gems, in particular, are going to have a healthy mix of DPS and defense. A lot of this is just what feels good to the player. As gear increases, your relative sturdiness is going to increase, and you can likely drop the more defensive-oriented Tinkers.

• Meta Gem: Oblivion Sphere
• Cogwheel Gem: Dark Pact
• Prismatic Gems:

  You will have a tremendous amount of stats as you start unlocking all Gem slots, and there is no single best stat to stack. Most of the effects of the Tinkers are Haste-scaled, which will add a fair amount of weight to Haste. Considering that we have nearly infinite stat scaling, keeping things more or less equal is not a terrible decision. Remember that Critical Strike starts to fall off in value by around 33% for Frost, and the Gem effects will benefit from all stats but Mastery. Depending on where you are in your journey, this could mean that Mastery is devalued in comparison to Dragonflight.

  • Brittle — Mainly for dungeons.

1. Icy Veins

3. Ray of Frost right after a Flurry to let it benefit from Shatter
4. Frozen Orb
5. Ice Lance when Fingers of Frost is active, or after a Flurry to consume Winter's Chill stacks

1. Cry, and try to tab Frostbolts between everything you have pulled so you can try to maintain distance. Generally a bad idea to try and AoE before level 6.

3. Blizzard on cooldown to help reset Frozen Orb
