The Tarragrue
We advise you to use the following Legendary against The Tarragrue: Maraad's Dying Breath.
Recommended Covenant: Necrolord
Tips
- Divine Shield or Blessing of Protection can be used to immune the Chains of Eternity cast.
- Once the boss reaches 10% HP, he will become enraged and start one-shotting players. You can taunt him and run away to help keep players alive even longer.
For more information, please refer to our The Tarragrue guide.
The Eye of the Jailer
We advise you to use the following Legendary against The Eye of the Jailer: Maraad's Dying Breath.
Recommended Covenant: Necrolord
Tips
- Door of Shadows, Soulshape, and Divine Shield can be used to walk through the Annihilating Glare.
- You can use Divine Shield to remove your Scorn or Ire debuffs on Mythic difficulty.
For more information, please refer to our The Eye of the Jailer guide.
The Nine
We advise you to use the following Legendary against The Nine: Maraad's Dying Breath.
Recommended Covenant: Necrolord
Tips
- You can use Divine Shield to immune Arthura's Crushing Gaze.
For more information, please refer to our The Nine guide.
Remnant of Ner'zhul
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Remnant of Ner'zhul: Maraad's Dying Breath.
Recommended Covenant: Necrolord
Tips
- Divine Shield can be used to remove the knockback effect from Malevolence.
- Using Divine Shield with the Malevolence debuff will cause it to fall off early. Do not use bubble if your team is not positioned correctly.
For more information, please refer to our Remnant of Ner'zhul guide.
Soulrender Dormazain
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Soulrender Dormazain: Shock Barrier.
Recommended Covenant: Necrolord
Tips
- Using Blessing of Protection will remove the shackle from your allies and prevent them from picking it up again. Do not try to BoP it off of them.
For more information, please refer to our Soulrender Dormazain guide.
Painsmith Raznal
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Painsmith Raznal: Maraad's Dying Breath.
Recommended Covenant: Necrolord
Tips
- Divine Shield, Door of Shadows and Soulshape can be used to run through the Iron Stars without getting hit.
- Players with the chain debuff will take large ticking damage. Make sure to prioritize healing them over anyone else in your raid.
For more information, please refer to our Painsmith Raznal guide.
Guardian of the First Ones
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Guardian of the First Ones: Maraad's Dying Breath.
Recommended Covenant: Necrolord
Tips
- With Divine Shield, you can run outside of the safe zone if needed.
- You can use Divine Shield to help soak the Obliterate mechanic with a few other players. This will allow you to not require your entire raid to soak the mechanic.
For more information, please refer to our Guardian of the First Ones guide.
Fatescribe Roh-Kalo
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Fatescribe Roh-Kalo: Shock Barrier.
Recommended Covenant: Necrolord
Tips
- This boss features heavy movement which can be difficult to do as a Holy Paladin. Try to save your Divine Steed until absolutely necessary.
- Blessing of Freedom can be used to immune the damage from the orbs. Paladins should be using this ability frequently during both phases of the encounter to give the raid more room to move around.
For more information, please refer to our Fatescribe Roh-Kalo guide.
Kel'Thuzad
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Kel'Thuzad: Radiant Embers.
Recommended Covenant: Necrolord
Tips
- Divine Shield can be used to immune Frost Blast.
- When in the phylactery room, Blessing of Freedom can be used to remove the root mechanics.
- By using the Radiant Embers Legendary, you will be able to use Ashen Hallow for every single set of Glacial Spikes. If you are not Venthyr, you should continue to use Shock Barrier. If you have two Venthyr Paladins in the raid, only one of them should use Radiant Embers as the other will likely be in the phylactery room.
For more information, please refer to our Kel'Thuzad guide.
Sylvanas Windrunner
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Sylvanas Windrunner: Maraad's Dying Breath.
Recommended Covenant: Necrolord
Tips
- Divine Shield can be used to immune chains.
- Blessing of Protection can be used on players with the Barbed Arrow debuff to remove their stacks. If anyone's stacks get significantly high, you will want to remove them with BoP.
- Blessing of Freedom can be used to remove the slow effect from Domination Chains.
- On Mythic difficulty, Veil of Darkness will target the largest clump of players in Phase One. Holy Paladins do not need to bait the ability with the ranged group and can instead stay on the boss. However, it can target Holy Paladins in the last phase which means you will want to make sure you are spread out.
For more information, please refer to our Sylvanas Windrunner guide.
