During the Dragonflight Pre-Patch, Castle Nathria, Sanctum of Domination, and Sepulcher of the First Ones will be simultaneously featured as Fated Raids. During this time encounters within each specific raid will include an additional mechanic and items will drop at increased item levels. If you would like to learn more general information about the Fated Raids system as a whole, please see our overview below. Otherwise, continue to use this page for specialization-specific tips.
Talent Cheatsheet
You can easily import the talent tree below into the game with the following string:
- B4QAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA0CaIB0aNJEhk0CJSRAAAAAAAAAAAAAgEkEJJSAJJpREAAI
Shriekwing
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Shriekwing:
Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Leverage your
Transcendence in order to either quickly escape from
the boss's line of sight, or to return to the boss's location after breaking
line of sight. - Pay attention to the amount of stacks of
Exsanguinated on your
raiders. Do not bother wasting mana by trying to heal these people unless they
are in danger of dying. Rather, wait until their stacks start to fall off
before investing the mana to heal them. - It is recommended that you take
Tiger's Lust on this fight, not only
to help your slower raid members, but also the extra distance that
Chi Torpedo will cause you to move can actually be harmful on a fight
with so many positional requirements. - Mythic: In order to see the sonar disks on Mythic difficulty, you
will need a stack of
Bloodlight from the Blood Lantern. While this
debuff will allow you to see the sonar disks, it also applies a dot that stacks,
so be sure to keep your stacks low.
For more information, please refer to our Shriekwing guide.
Huntsman Altimor
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Huntsman Altimor:
Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Be sure to focus the Tank who is about to be hit by
Rip Soul. If
the Tank is at full health after this ability hits, the add it spawns will
instantly despawn, so feel free to make use of
Life Cocoon. - If
Rip Soul does spawn an add, make sure to focus healing into it
in order to kill it. - Use
Paralysis on the Shades of Bargast when they spawn. Keeping
them crown controlled will apply a stacking debuff that increases the damage
they take. - Mythic: After Bargast is killed,
Sinseeker will cause players
hit by it to spawn a
Rip Soul add that needs to be healed up.
For more information, please refer to our Huntsman Altimor guide.
Sun King's Salvation
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Sun King's Salvation:
Invoker's Delight.
Tips
- Make sure that you are the one to collect the orbs dropped by the Soul
Infusers. These will apply a stack of
Infuser's Boon which will increase
your healing by 50% for 14 seconds. Make sure to refresh this buff before it
falls off. Mistweaver Monks are ideal for this, because of our
excellent single target throughput. - Make sure to heal the essence fonts that are dropped by the Vile Occultists, as they will heal Kael'thas for 1% of his Health.
For more information, please refer to our Sun King's Salvation guide.
Artificer Xy'Mox
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Artificer Xy'Mox:
Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Leverage your mobility to quickly pick up a Seed of Extinction when they
spawn, and use the
Dimensional Tear to drop them off on the opposite side
of the room from your raid.
Chi Torpedo is recommended for this fight, as it basically negates
both the
Root of Extinction and
Edge of Annihilation
mechanics.
For more information, please refer to our Artificer Xy'Mox guide.
Hungering Destroyer
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Hungering Destroyer:
Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Make sure you are tracking
Gluttonous Miasma on your raid frames as
it prevents all healing done to the target. Absorbs still work, however, so be
sure to use your
Life Cocoon on anyone who might die. - Make sure to top the raid off as much as possible before
Expunge is
cast, as it will reduce the radius of the circles it applies to your raiders. - If you are caught out of position during the
Consume cast, use
Chi Torpedo to quickly escape the channel.
For more information, please refer to our Hungering Destroyer guide.
Lady Inerva Darkvein
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Lady Inerva Darkvein:
Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Keep an eye on players afflicted with
Shared Cognition as they will
be taking additional damage. - Placing
Transcendence on the boss will allow you quickly reposition
after using
Chi Torpedo to soak
Bottled Anima. - Damage on this fight ramps up over time, so manage your Mana with that in mind.
For more information, please refer to our Lady Inerva Darkvein guide.
The Council of Blood
We advise you to use the following Legendary against The Council of Blood:
Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- If a cast of
Dreadbolt Volley manages to get off, use
Revival
to remove the DoT it applies - Place
Transcendence before the
Danse Macabre in order to
return quickly to the bosses after the dance is complete. - Pay close attention to the raid's stacks of
Oppressive Atmosphere;
the longer a raid goes without killing a boss, the more damage the raid will
take.
For more information, please refer to our The Council of Blood guide.
Sludgefist
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Sludgefist:
Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Use
Roll or
Chi Torpedo to dodge
Destructive Stomp - Each time Sludgefist breaks a pillar, the raid will gain a stack of
Crumbling Foundation, so be sure to keep your Mana bar healthy for the
last 20% of the fight. It is important to make sure you have both your Celestial
and
Revival available for the ending of the fight.
For more information, please refer to our Sludgefist guide.
Stone Legion Generals
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Stone Legion Generals:
Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- After dispelling
Heart Rend be sure funnel healing into that target
for the next 6 seconds. It can be wise to precast
Enveloping Mist before
instantly dispelling, as this will leave them in a prime position to receive
follow up healing. - Make sure your
Transcendence is placed just in case Prince
Renathal's
Shattering Blast knocks you off the platform, you can swap
back to safety. - Try to make sure your cooldowns are up for the final phase.
For more information, please refer to our Stone Legion Generals guide.
Sire Denathrius
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Sire Denathrius:
Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Pay close attention to players hit by
Impale and
Fatal Finesse. They will be taking extremely high damage, and will
need solid healing to ensure their survival. - Use
Chi Torpedo or
Transcendence to quickly reposition
during
March of the Penitent. This will allow you to take fewer cleaves
during Phase One. - Be sure
Transcendence is always within range of you, just in case
you are knocked into a bad position from
Shattering Pain
For more information, please refer to our Sire Denathrius guide.
