Mistweaver Monk Healing Sanctum of Domination Raid Guide — Dragonflight 10.2.5

The following guide will explain some tips and tricks for Mistweaver Monks in Sanctum of Domination. For a complete understanding of specific mechanics or the encounters in general, be sure to check out our Sanctum of Domination page.

During the Dragonflight Pre-Patch, Castle Nathria, Sanctum of Domination, and Sepulcher of the First Ones will be simultaneously featured as Fated Raids. During this time encounters within each specific raid will include an additional mechanic and items will drop at increased item levels. We advise you to use the following Legendary against The Tarragrue: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.

• Be sure to pick up any stat buff Anima powers before the fight.
• Dispel players afflicted with Predator's Howl.
• Soak Remnant: Soulforge Heat whenever possible. Mistweavers are generally good at soaking damage, but this also allows you to make better use of Grounding Breath.

We advise you to use the following Legendary against The Eye of the Jailer: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.

• If you cannot make it to one of the chains on the far sides of the room, use Transcendence to teleport over the Annihilating Glare.
• Right before Deathlink hit the tank, use Life Cocoon on them to mitigate the damage the raid will take.
• Use Roll/ Chi Torpedo and Transcendence to prevent the Dragging Chains debuff from pulling you off the ledge.

We advise you to use the following Legendary against The Nine: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.

• Roll or Chi Torpedo to counter Reverberating Refrain and Wings of Rage.
• Make use of your mobility to soak Aradne's Falling Strike.
• Wait to dispel Fragments of Destiny until the afflicted players are in position.

We advise you to use the following Legendary against Remnant of Ner'zhul: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.

• Make sure players with Malevolence are in position and ready before you dispel them. Make sure no one is going to be knocked off the edge as a result of your dispel.
• Either use your mobility to throw the Orb of Torment of the edge of the platform, or use Tiger's Lust to speed up whomever is carrying it.

We advise you to use the following Legendary against Soulrender Dormazain: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.

• Use Ring of Peace if your raid needs help repositioning the Mawsworn Agonizers.
• Have your Transcendence on either the far left or right of the boss room to allow you to quickly get to safe spots during Torment dances.

We advise you to use the following Legendary against Painsmith Raznal: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.

• Use your Transcendence to port over the Spiked Balls in in order to more quickly position yourself in a safe spot.
• Keep a close eye on the Flameclasp Eruption stacks your raid has. Be ready to quickly Revival if stacks are too high and another trap is about to be triggered.

We advise you to use the following Legendary against Guardian of the First Ones: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.

• Have your Transcendence placed on the energy core your raid is heading to next. That way if for whatever reason you find yourself away from the boss, you will be able to teleport back in before you are killed by Unstable Energy.
• Make sure you are never within 6 yards of the active Tank, as the boss does a combo that hits in a small AoE around the tank.

We advise you to use the following Legendary against Fatescribe Roh-Kalo: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.

• Use your mobility to get to the sides of Fated Conjunction. If talented into Tiger's Lust, use that on slower members of the raid, or people who are out of position.
• Tiger's Lust is also useful to help slower member afflicted with Call of Eternity to get out of the raid.
• Spend banked charges of Renewing Mist on players with Call of Eternity, as they will need some spot healing

We advise you to use the following Legendary against Kel'Thuzad: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.

• Use Touch of Death as much as you can on the Tank adds to help get them down in time.
• Use your dispel and Tiger's Lust to remove the Frozen Binds from players, if your group does not have a Mass Dispel.
• Revival and/or your Celestial should be used to counter the damage from Glacial Spikes dying.

We advise you to use the following Legendary against Sylvanas Windrunner: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.

• It will look like Sylvanas is jumping around all over the place. In reality, her hitbox remains in the same place. Keep that in mind if you are running Rising Mist.
• Use Enveloping Mist on targets with Veil of Darkness and try to remove the healing absorb as fast as possible.
• Spam your dispels on targets with Crushing Dread
• Only dispel Banshee's Bane when the target is in the correct spot to drop off the puddle it will leave behind.
