Vigilant Guardian
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Vigilant Guardian: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Have Transcendence placed near the core so you are able to quickly teleport to dunk bombs during Phase 1.
- Try to line up your Mistweaver Monk 4-Piece for when the Exposed Core is damaging the raid.
- In Phase 2, use Chi Torpedo to quickly take Matter Dissolution out of the group stack, before dodging the orbs it will spawn.
- Try to make sure you have Revival or Invoke available for when the boss reaches 15%, and casts Core Overload.
For more information, please refer to our Vigilant Guardian guide.
Skolex, the Insatiable Ravener
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Skolex, the Insatiable Ravener: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Be ready to use Life Cocoon on the tanks during the Riftmaw / Rend combo.
- Devouring Blood needs to be dispelled from any raider who is unable to dodge the swirls on the ground.
- Raid cooldowns should be used when the raid is at high stacks of Ephemera Dust, and to top off the raid before a Ravening Burrow.
For more information, please refer to our Skolex, the Insatiable Ravener guide.
Artificer Xy'Mox
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Artificer Xy'mox: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Use Transcendence if you find you are in a bad position for Genesis Rings. This also applies to if a Glyph of Relocation explosion is going to drag you through a ring.
- In Phase 2 damage will ramp up over time due to Genesis Supernova, so be ready to make use of your healing cooldowns.
Dausegne, the Fallen Oracle
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Dausegne, the Fallen Oracle: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Be ready to use Revival or Invoke when the boss reaches 0 Mana and casts Inevitable Dominion. This is the main Healer stress point during the fight.
- Use Transcendence to dodge at least one of the Disintegration Halos.
- Be ready for when Infused Strikes falls off the Tanks, as it will trigger a large burst of raid damage.
For more information, please refer to our Dausegne, the Fallen Oracle guide.
Prototype Pantheon
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Prototype Pantheon: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Dispel Runecarver's Deathtouch only once the afflicted raider is inside a Bastion's Ward.
- When the Prototype of Renewal is one of the active bosses, make sure to focus heal the Withering Seeds one at a time.
- When Prototype of Duty casts Pinning Volley the raid will take a large amount of damage from the pushback, so be ready to use healing cooldowns. Invoke can be a little awkward, so preposition with Chi Torpedo, and be sure to choose your targets effectively.
For more information, please refer to our Prototype Pantheon guide.
Lihuvim, Principal Architect
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Lihuvim, Principal Architect: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Healing cooldowns should be used during the intermission, as the raid will take increased stacking damage from Protoform Radiance.
- Frequently replacing Transcendence can be a wise idea in order to mitigate an unfavorable knockback from Cosmic Shift, especially if you would otherwise be knocked into a Unstable Mote.
- The Degeneration Automa in the intermission can cause considerable damage to individual targets, so be sure to focus raiders who are being hit by multiple Degenerate casts.
For more information, please refer to our Lihuvim, Principal Architect guide.
Halondrus the Reclaimer
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Halondrus the Reclaimer: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- Be sure to use Diffuse Magic when soaking Ephemeral Motes and be on the lookout to Life Cocoon people in need.
- Dispel Crushing Prism at high stacks so your raiders can effectively reposition themselves.
- Chi Torpedo sparingly during the intermission, to maximize the uptime of the stacking movement speed bonus it grants.
For more information, please refer to our Halondrus the Reclaimer guide.
Anduin Wrynn
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Anduin Wrynn: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
Tips
- During Befouled Barrier stack with the group and use cooldowns to quickly pump heals into the raid in order to remove the barrier.
- Focus heal the targets of Domination Word: Pain as they will be taking heavy DoT damage.
- When you are sent down with Kingsmourne Hungers, quickly dispel then heal up Anduin's Hope.
For more information, please refer to our Anduin Wrynn guide.
Lords of Dread
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Lords of Dread: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
- Make sure you have a healing cooldown available for each time Mal'Ganis' energy reaches 100, as the raid will take heavy damage for 20s from Swarm of Darkness / Swarm of Decay. Fallen Order will line up for each one, but Invoke and Revival should be alternated.
- Chi Torpedo or Tiger's Lust are excellent to reposition for the Cloud of Carrion and Fearful Trepidation debuffs.
For more information, please refer to our Lords of Dread guide.
Rygelon
We advise you to use the following Legendary against Rygelon: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
- Use Ring of Peace to control the position of the Quasars, or depending on what your group assigns, save it instead just in case one gets through and is about to hit the boss.
- Line up your Fallen Order to heal through the Stellar Decay from the Unstable Cores. Non Venthyr monks can cycle Revival and our Invoke cooldowns, just make sure to have some cooldown going into them.
- Be sure to have a damage reduction cooldown rolling for soaking the Cosmic Ejection.
For more information, please refer to our Rygelon guide.
The Jailer
We advise you to use the following Legendary against The Jailer: Ancient Teachings of the Monastery.
- Make sure to keep down Transcendence just in case you get knocked into one of the holes in the boss room.
- Roll or use Tiger's Lust to get away from Chains of Oppression, just make sure you aim carefully so as not to fall down a hole.
- Use Ring of Peace or Leg Sweep to prevent your teammates from jumping to their deaths while they are mind controlled by Rune of Compulsion
- The Jailer has a wide variety of abilities that warrant healing cooldowns, so your assignment will vary based on your group comp. Just try to use your cooldowns early and often. The Martyrdom combo is a good place to use your cooldowns early on, whereas the Decimator and Chain Breaker abilities will need your cooldowns on.
For more information, please refer to our The Jailer guide.
