Here’s a comprehensive overview of class changes coming in Patch 11.0.7!
Racial Updates
Blizzard is updating many racial abilities in Patch 11.0.7. Here’s what’s changing for each race!
- Draenei
- Gift of the Naaru cooldown reduced to 2 minutes (was 3 minutes).
- Highmountain Tauren
- Rugged Tenacity’s effect increased by 50%.
- Lightforged Draenei
- Light’s Judgmentradius increased to 10 yards (was 5 yards) and its visual size increased.
- Light’s Judgment’s damage increased by 40% and it now deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.
- Holy Resistance has been renamed to Holy Providence and now increases healing done by 1%.
- Mag’har Orc
- Stats granted from Ancestral Call increased by 30% and now increases one of your two highest secondary stats.
- Nightborne
- Arcane Pulse damage increased by 300% and now reduces movement speed by 80% (was 50%). Duration reduced to 8 seconds (was 12 seconds).
- Void Elf
- Spatial Rift movement speed of the rift increased by 80%, duration is increased to 8 seconds (was 6 seconds), and maximum range increased to 35 yards. The visual effect has been updated and no longer appears for party members.
- Entropic Embrace: Proc activation rate adjusted, now increases healing and damage by 5% for 12 seconds (was duplicate healing/damage). Now functions with absorbs.
- Vulpera
- Bag of Tricks healing and damage increased by 40%.
- Bag of Tricks now decreases enemy movement speed by 80% for 4 seconds and increases ally movement speed by 20% for 4 seconds. Now only affects a single target.
- Worgen
- Darkflight now stacks its speed bonus with other movement increasing effects.
- Zandalari Troll
- Regeneratin’’ no longer cancels from periodic damage effects, its cooldown is now 3 minutes (was 2.5 minutes), and heals for 50% of your maximum health (was 100%).
- Embrace of Akunda healing increased by 300% and chance to trigger increased by 250%.
- Embrace of Bwonsamdi effect increased by 50%.
- Embrace of Kimbul chance to trigger increased by 400%.

Hunter
- Withering Fire
Beast Mastery: Every 3 casts of Bestial Wrath, you surrender to darkness for 12 secIf you would gain Deathblow while under the effects of Withering Fire, you instead instantly fire a Black Arrow at your target and 2 additional Black Arrows at nearby targets at 50% effectiveness. Marksmanship: While Trueshot is active, you surrender to darkness.If you would gain Deathblow while under the effects of Withering Fire, you instead instantly fire a Black Arrow at your target and 2 additional Black Arrows at nearby targets at 50% effectiveness.
Beast Mastery: Every 4 casts of Bestial Wrath, you surrender to darkness for 12 sec and you gain Deathblow.If you would gain Deathblow while under the effects of Withering Fire, you instead instantly fire a Black Arrow at your target and 2 additional Black Arrows at nearby targets at 50% effectiveness. Marksmanship: While Trueshot is active, you surrender to darkness and you gain Deathblow.If you would gain Deathblow while under the effects of Withering Fire, you instead instantly fire a Black Arrow at your target and 2 additional Black Arrows at nearby targets at 50% effectiveness. - Shadow Surge – Periodic damage from Black Arrow has a small chance to erupt in a burst of darkness, dealing (150/75% of Attack power) Shadow damage to all enemies near the target. Damage reduced beyond 8 targets.
Mage
- Frostfire Bolt – Launches a bolt of frostfire at the enemy, causing (126.5% of Spell power) Frostfire damage, slowing movement speed by 50%, and causing an additional (46% of Spell power) Frostfire damage over until canceled 8 sec. Bolt generates stacks for both Fire Mastery and Frost Mastery.
- Frostfire Empowerment
Your Frost and Fire spells have a chance to activate Frostfire Empowerment, causing your next Frostfire Bolt to be instant cast, deal 60% increased damage, explode for 80% of its damage to nearby enemies, and grant you maximum benefit of Frostfire Mastery and refresh its duration.

Frost: Reaching maximum stacks of Frost Mastery causes your next Flurry to also cast Ice Nova at 125% effectiveness.When you consume Excess Frost, the cooldown of Comet Storm is reduced by 5 sec. Fire: Reaching maximum stacks of Frost Mastery causes your next Phoenix Flames to also cast Ice Nova at 125% effectiveness. When you consume Excess Frost, the cooldown of Meteor is reduced by 5 sec.

Ice Novas cast this way do not freeze enemies in place.When you consume Excess Frost, the cooldown of Comet Storm is reduced by 5 sec. Fire: Reaching maximum stacks of Frost Mastery causes your next Phoenix Flames to also cast Ice Nova at 125% effectiveness. Ice Novas cast this way do not freeze enemies in place.When you consume Excess Frost, the cooldown of Meteor is reduced by 5 sec. - Cratermaker – Casting Combustion grants Lit Fuse and Living Bomb’s damage is increased by 30/40% while under the effects of Combustion.
- Gravity Lapse – Your Supernova becomes Gravity Lapse. Gravity Lapse: The snap of your fingers warps the gravity around your target and 4 other nearby enemies, suspending them in the air for until canceled 3 sec upon landing, nearby enemies take (50% of Spell power) Arcane damage.
Monk
- Emperor’s Favor – Sheilun’s Gift’s healing is increased by 150% and its cast time is reduced by 100%, but it now only heals a single ally.
Paladin
- Divine Resonance
After casting Divine Toll, you instantly cast [Holy Shock][Judgment] every 5 sec. This effect lasts 15 sec.

This effect lasts 15 sec. - Sentinel – Call upon the Light and gain 15 stacks of Divine Resolve, increasing your maximum health by 1% and reducing your damage taken by 2% per stack for 16 sec. After 1 sec, you will begin to lose 1 stack per second, but each 3 Holy Power spent will delay the loss of your next stack by 1 sec.[Sanctified Wrath: While active, your Judgment generates 1 additional Holy Power, your damage and healing is increased by 0/20%, and Hammer of Wrath may be cast on any target][While active, your Judgment generates 1 additional Holy Power][ Protection: While active, your damage and healing is increased by 0/20%, and Hammer of Wrath may be cast on any target]Combines with Avenging Wrath.
- Divine Guidance
For each Holy Power ability cast, your next Consecration deals [(Attack power * 30 / 10) * (1 + Versatility)] damage or healing immediately, split across all enemies and allies.

Holy Power spending abilities are 2% more effective.
Holy Power spending abilities have 2% increased damage and healing. - Refining Fire – Enemies struck by Avenger’s Shield burn with holy fire, suffering (125% (82.5% of Attack power) Radiant damage over 5 sec.
Shaman
- Hot Hand – Melee auto-attacks with Flametongue Weapon active have a 5% chance to reduce the cooldown of Lava Lash by 38/33% and increase the damage of Lava Lash by 50/15% for 8 sec.
