Here’s an interesting and really cool Easter egg from the 20th Anniversary celebration. Someone’s job keeps getting harder and harder the more they get promoted!
As spotted by Darkeye94, it seems the loveable mystery and riddle providing Lightforged Draenei, Alyx, gets a promotion every time you solve one of the Guest Relations quests.
She starts out as a lowly Volunteer Assistant Guest Relations Manager. There are also only a few guests waiting in line to exchange banter and complaints with her.
Accept her toughest riddles, solve a few conundrums, and she gets some hardcore promotions. Sadly, the queue for complaints and the eponymous “guest relations” also gets longer. The guests in line also call you out when you cut the line to talk to her!

The title and line to see her only changes depending on your own progression of the investigations. Her promotions, and the achievement name for solving all the hidden Guest Relations is a reference to The Office TV show (the US version). It’s called 
Assistant to the Assistant Guest Relations Manager.
There are also some very far fetched and elaborate theories about this being an Easter egg for Blizzard’s actual community managers, a meta-joke, or a crazy path for her future promotions. Or just the future of Blizzard’s customer support?
She’s already gained quite a few promotions and the line is getting crazy!
Whatever the end of her story will be, it’s doubtful that she’s getting added benefits and pay raises the promotions should bring with all the work getting piled on her. She won’t be able to hide the cry emote for much longer. Maybe she’ll get the green felreaver bike from the quest as as bonus at the end?
