Here’s another amazing project from the Wacraft community, as TheKalais recreated some Horde buildings in LEGO!
The buildings aren’t direct copies of structures in WoW or any of the Warcraft games and are instead inspired by them – but they sure do look great! We have the watchtower, Orc, Shaman and Warchief huts, as well as a windmill to take a look at.
These also have the (theoretical) chance to become actual sets if enough people like them on the Bricklink page, according to TheKalais. The deadline is today by noon PST, so if you want to help out, head over there and love emoticon them!
However, even if they won the competition, it seems very unlikely they could simply become sets. LEGO would have to make a deal with Blizzard and Microsoft, which is probably a little more complex than simply winning a vote. But, if enough people like these, it could poke LEGO in the direction of doing just that! In any case we get to enjoy the sets already made, if only by looking at them.
