Patch 12.0.7 might not be Midnight’s biggest update when it comes to content. But the same can’t be said when it comes to quality of life improvements! Here are 5 big changes coming to the game next month.
Levelling Changes
With 12.0.7, hopefully the alt-levelling grind will be a little less gruelling! Experience gained from content, such as first-time Dungeon/Devel quests, has been increased. Prey quests will give 400% more experience than they currently do on live servers, with Saltheril’s Soiree buffed by around 650%.
Timewalking/Turbulent Timeways
Turbulent Timeways returns with patch 12.0.7, bringing an excellent opportunity to level and gear your alts. Previously, Turbulent Timeways weeklies have rewarded Champion track gear. In 12.0.7 weeklies will now reward Hero track, making this a great way to prepare your alts for Season 2 of Midnight.
Mythic Crests Solo
For the first time, 
Myth Dawncrest will be farmable from solo content. Tier 6 Ritual Sites are coming with 12.0.7, giving players a reliable source of upgrade crests. No Mythic+ keys or lockouts required!
Mythic Flex Raids
Patch 12.0.7 brings our first Mythic Flex raid, Sporefall. Mythic raids can now be run with between 15-25 players, with the raid scaling to the number of players/groups. This is a huge quality of life change which many Mythic raiders have been asking Blizzard for for a long time.
The Omnium Folio
The Omnium Folio essentially gives players customizable bonus powers, similar to the 
Durable Information Securing Container and the 
Reshii Wraps from The War Within. The intention here is to help catch-up players who may not have cleared Season 1’s content ahead of the start of Season 2. For more info on the Omnium Folio, check out this article.
