Blizzard has officially shut down a recently discovered “tech” on Skyreach’s third boss, Rukhran.
The strategy involved standing on the edge of the platform, forcing bird ads to spawn directly underneath the boss and fall off the map. This was letting groups skip the mechanic entirely. But following this week’s reset, Blizzard have added a sneaky punishment for those attempting the trick.
As demonstrated by @aluraye, the game now instantly wipes your entire Mythic+ group if players attempt to recreate the setup.
So, heed our warning. Unless you’re after a quick wipe, don’t attempt this on your Skyreach runs this week!
