Blizzard just unveiled how to get Puzzling Cartel Chips in Patch 11.1.5!
- The Turbo Boost Event in Season 2 starts on live servers on May 13 (US) / May 14 (EU).
- During the event Hero and Myth upgrade tracks will have 2 more upgrades (from 6 to 8), the crest cap is lifted and Valorstones become Warbound for the rest of the Season!
- M+ drop rates for BoA gear are being doubled.
- A new weekly quest in Dornogal requires players to defeat 4 Liberation of Undermine raid bosses and awards 1 Puzzling Cartel Chip per week, with a maximum of 6 dinars per character.
- This means first chip on May 13 and you will be able to buy your first gear piece on May 27.
- When you obtain your dinars, you can buy items from Consultant Wrexxle in Dornogal, located near the Great Vault.
- Every item costs 3 dinars.
- Players can buy Heroic and Mythic gear, but will require the associated boss to have been defeated at least once on any difficulty to buy Hero-track gear and on Mythic difficulty to purchase Myth-gear.
- Blizzard has also drastically sped up Delver’s Journey progress.
- Recipes crafted with a
Spark of Fortunes can be further recrafted or crafted with an Augmentation Matrix, empowering the item up to 6 item levels.
We’re turning things up a notch during The War Within Season 2 with increased rewards and improvements to help you gear up your Warband with what we call Turbo Boost.
During this event, Hero and Myth upgrade tracks will extend 2 upgrades (from 6 to 8), the cap for Crests is lifted, and Valorstones become Warbound for the remainder of the season. Mythic+ drop rates for Warband until Equipped gear are also being doubled.
New Weekly Quest
Take up a new weekly quest to defeat 4 raid bosses from Liberation of Undermine. Earn 1 Puzzling Cartel Chip per week, with a maximum of 6 Puzzling Cartel Chips per character.
Raid Gear Vendor
Visit Consultant Wrexxle in Dornogal located near the Great Vault to purchase a select group of carefully curated items from the Liberation of Undermine raid such as weapons, trinkets and other special items. Each item can be purchased with 3 Puzzling Cartel Chips. Players can purchase Mythic and Heroic gear but will require the associated boss to have been defeated at least once in any difficulty to purchase Hero track gear and at least once in Mythic difficulty to purchase Myth track gear.
Delve Improvements
Get a leg up on adventure with a boost to Brann’s experience, Delver’s Journey progress, and improvements to rewards from the Delver’s Bounty.
Delver’s Journey progress earned per week is significantly increased from Bountiful Coffers, Hidden Troves, Nemesis Strongboxes, and end-of-run grants. You’ll earn more Crests, Valorstones, and an increase to repeatable earnable Crests across Delve tiers.
Profession Update
Recipes crafted with a Spark of Fortune can now be further recrafted or crafted with an Augmentation Matrix, empowering the item up to 6 item levels. These Augmentation Matrices can be purchased at any Enchanting Supply vendor, such as Llande in Dornogal or Syenite at the Crafting Order building in Dornogal.
