With Season 2 now in full swing, and with the Race to World first done, the rest of us can now turn to some M+ expeditions in peace. And the hunt for crests and upgrades. Burgundy_boar‘s mplus.gg is a website that allows you to easily discover and analyze successful M+ team compositions.
How Does it Work?
The tool uses the public Raider.IO API and analyzes the top 2000 runs across all regions. It then allows you to easily check what the current meta is, and how to spec your character to do more, and easier M+ runs. It’s also quite handy to see which classes and specs have the best chemistry. It’s also been updated since its first incarnation. It can now show the emerging meta and top compositions on the front page for a quick overview.
As for the search itself, you can select a spec from only one role, or all five. You can even select specs you don’t want to see! You’ll get a list of top runs, including the names of the players, the dungeon name, and the date the run was made on, that feature the spec/specs you selected. Clicking on the player name will take you to their Raider.IO profile. Clicking on the dungeon name will take you to the run.
Even with the updates, mplus.gg retained its clean UI and great responsiveness, while adding very useful extra analysis capabilities under the hood. All this now makes it a greatly useful tool for removing at least some of your headaches.
