Guide: How to Farm All Darkmoon Faire Mounts in 3 Hours

If you’re aiming to collect all the Darkmoon Faire mounts quickly, here is a method that will help you do it in around 3 hours!

Thanks to Warbands introduced in the War Within pre-patch, you can transfer Darkmoon Faire Tickets across characters.

Step-by-Step Guide

Visit the Auction House and purchase 1,400 Darkmoon Daggermaws. For the purpose of this guide, we won’t be wasting our time fishing them up.
Create 14 new alts. These should ideally be Level 1 Humans or Tauren that can easily reach Darkmoon Faire thanks to the close proximity of the portal.
Send each alt 100 Darkmoon Daggermaws.
Make your way to the Darkmoon Isle and buy the Faded Treasure Map from Galissa Sundew for 100 Darkmoon Daggermaws.
Complete the quest. Each time you complete the quest with your alt, you will receive 100 Darkmoon Faire tickets. One quest completion takes about 5 minutes using the Heirloom mount. Repeat this step 14 times.
When you have 1,400 Darkmoon Faire tickets, open the Currency tab and transfer them over to your main.
Now your main should have more than enough tickets to purchase all the available Darkmoon Faire mounts!

Remember, each character can only buy one Faded Treasure Map. That’s why it’s important to create new alts if you’re unsure which ones have already completed the quest. If you’ve ever sold the Darkmoon Faire transmog sets on the Auction House, there’s a good chance some of your characters have already done it and won’t see Faded Treasure Map on the vendor.
