Blizzard are aware of the bug that’s setting some players’ guild reputations to Neutral. There isn’t a fix yet, but they are working on one.
Just want to reiterate that we’re aware of an issue with some players in Cataclysm Classic having their guild reputation set to Neutral.
We’re working on a fix for it, and we do not yet have an ETA on that.
