Start with Renown Quartermasters
Begin by visiting Renown Quartermasters for each faction and buy Veteran and Champion gear, using any 
Resonant Crystals transferred to your main. This will net you a good amount of Weathered and Carved Crests and Valorstones, forming the foundation for quick upgrades.
Complete the Anniversary Event
During the anniversary event, the weekly quest rewards a Champion gear piece, perfect for filling a slot on your alt. Consider completing the last wing of Blackrock Depths in Raid Finder difficulty, as it’s one of the quickest ways to get more Veteran gear alongside the quest reward.
Farm Bloody Tokens with Sparks of War
Complete the Sparks of War weekly quest to get 1,000 
Bloody Tokens, which you can exchange for specific Veteran gear slots. No PvP is necessary; tokens can be earned through Wax or Disturbed Earth in War Mode. If you’re missing a few tokens, World Quests in War Mode will also provide them.
Delve Vendor for Adventure Gear
If you need to fill gaps, 4/8 Adventurer gear is available at the delve vendor. This gear isn’t the best, but it helps bridge any gaps in your gear quickly and cheaply.
Bountiful Delves for Champion Gear
Get 4 
Restored Coffer Keys for access to Bountiful Delves, which provide a chance at Champion loot. You can solo most of these with the assistance of Brann specced into healing, making it a straightforward way to upgrade gear.
Secure Enchanted Rune Crests
Obtain Enchanted Rune crests, either through Renown vendors or by completing the Queen Ansurek questline. These crests, combined with sparks, allow you to craft items up to item level 619, ideal for weapon upgrades.
PvP for Gladiator’s Heraldry
Winning 1 Epic Battleground grants 9 
Forged Gladiator’s Heraldry, usable to craft item level 610 gear for various slots. With additional Conquest points from PvP, you can also get cloaks, wrist/belt items, and apply Embellishments to further improve in power.
Upgrade and Catalyze Your Gear
Use any remaining Carved Crests and Valorstones to upgrade your Veteran and Champion gear to item level 606 or higher. Catalyze 4 appropriate gear slots to get the 4-piece bonus.
Push Further with Mythic+ and Crafting
After reaching item level 610, transition into Mythic+ groups to farm Runed Crests and continue upgrading gear. If you have extra Enchanted Rune crests, consider crafting additional high-level items to round your build.
