Have you ever deleted a legendary item in World of Warcraft? Find out how to restore them with ease!
If you ever obtained Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker or any other prized legendary only to realize it’s neither in your inventory nor your bank, there are ways to recover these lost items!
Use the Item Restoration Service
The first step is to use the Item Restoration that lets you recover recently deleted and disenchanted items. Simply visit the Item Restoration page, log in, and check the list of recoverable items. If the Legendary you are looking for is not listed, there are in-game options available!
Legendary Vendors in Orgrimmar and Stormwind
Missing Legendaries that cannot be restored via the online tool may be repurchased in-game. Seek out Seeker Ke’rath in Orgrimmar or Seeker Najed in Stormwind, located near Void Storage and Transmogrification NPCs.
A city guard will guide you to these vendors.
Requirements for Purchase
- You must have completed the related questlines or achievements associated with the Legendary.
- The Legendary cannot already exist in your inventory or bank.
However, note that Legendary Rings from Warlords of Draenor and Legion Legendaries cannot be purchased. For these, you must visit the respective expansion-specific vendors.
Ranked Legendaries
If you are recovering legendaries with multiple ranks like Ashjra’kamas, Shroud of Resolve and Heart of Azeroth, they will be reset to rank 1 when bought from the vendors.
