If you’ve been to Siren Isle after this week’s reset and noticed there’s no Cyrce’s Circlet upgrade quest available, don’t worry! You’re not alone! Here’s how you can upgrade your Cyrce’s Circlet to Item Level 649 this week!
You must first complete the Tides of Green World Quest in the area to receive the ring upgrade quest this week.
Once you’re finished with the World Quest, head back to Didi the Wrench who will now offer the new quest that lets you upgrade your Cyrce’s Circlet to Item Level 649 this week!
Completing this week’s quest will give you 1 
Raw Singing Citrine and the 
Superjuiced perk on the isle!

If you haven’t completed last week’s ring upgrade quest it will still be available in your quest log and you can complete all the quests in a single week. Alts will see Raw Singing Citrine drop from all activities in Siren Isle.
