In case you missed it, there’s now an Arachnophobia Mode toggle in the options. It was added in the War Within and turns all spiders and spider-like enemies into crabs. Considering the War Within goes deep down into the bowels of Azeroth, this option should be most useful to many players.
On the other hand, Arachnophile Spectacles, which can be found and purchased in the City of Threads from Alvus Valavulu at 47.6, 18.6, turn everything and everyone into spiders.
But What If You Combo Them?
Well, everyone is crabs. EVERYONE! Spotted by ConversionTrapper on Reddit, combining the spectacles and turning on Arachnophobia Mode populates the world with crabs of all kinds and sizes. It’s a crab revolution!

In hindsight, it should’ve been fairly obvious what happens if you combine the two together. Although, it is difficult to tell which one is more unsettling. Superstupidquestions thinks it’s the crabs. They are WRONG. Ok, so it wasn’t difficult to tell.
