<p>For the first time this week, the Nerub-ar Palace soft nerf is available on live servers. The <span class="news-tooltip-span"><span data-wowhead="spell=459819undefined"><img decoding="async" loading="lazy" height="28" width="28" src="https://static.icy-veins.com/forum-links/icons/inv_nerubianspiderling2_black.jpg" alt="Severed Strands icon">Severed Strands</span></span>, however, is showing 0%. Blizzard confirmed this to be a visual bug and the buff is working as intended.</p>
