We’ve covered all the many stackable XP buffs available for leveling in this specific period where a lot of them overlap already. Here’s a player that made good use of all of them and got to level 70 with just regular old questing pretty fast!
The Buffs
An amazing personal best run: leveling from 10 to 70 during Anniversary event, Err0 completed an impressive set of dings in just 2 hours and 52 minutes, using (almost) every XP buff in the book (and probably some ancient magic as well). While this isn’t the fastest ever or anything like that, it’s still pretty cool to see a regular player get some fast XP through regular questing.
They actually managed to miss the Hallow’s End 10% buff, so this could be have been a little faster still! They shared their the powerful combination of XP boosts:
Anniversary Buff (20%) – From Anniversary event.
Draught of Ten Lands (10%) – A potion from Battle for Azeroth.
Darkmoon Faire Top Hat (10%) – Obtained at the Darkmoon Faire.
Warmode (10%) – For choosing PvP mode.
Threads of Fate with 5 Alts (25%) – Providing a cumulative boost by leveling multiple alts.

The “Route” aka Three Zones
With these boosts, they flew through quests in efficient zones without any particular guide, relying solely on personal experience and choosing zones dense with quests and minimal travel time. The chosen zones were:
Silverpine Forest and Hillsbrad Foothills – Both are known for their high concentration of quests in close range, especially for Horde players.
Gorgrond – This zone is popular for its mix of main quests, bonus objectives, and rare monsters, which add even more XP with minimal downtime.
This relatively chill route and method shows that with all these buffs active, you really don’t have to stress about any sort of speedrunning situation and still get some very fast alts! And once you hit level 70, you can check out the sub-2 hour 70-80 route! That one may be a little more stressful, however.
