Last week we saw Blizzard add a brand new reward to Plunderstorm, a piece of Heroic Nerub-ar Palace gear. However, many players did not receive the in-game mail with the reward after completing the prerequisites. Today Blizzard addressed this issue and clarified they are aware of and working on the problem.
Since implementing this reward on Friday, it has become clear that some players aren’t receiving it after earning an additional 5,000 Plunder. We’ve had our best code-pirates working on fixing the fix. We don’t yet have an ETA, but progress is being made thanks to player reports that we can look at.
