The Sandfishing World Quest is now available in Vol’dun on live servers in the Americas.
Why is the Quest Important?
The quest grants credit toward 
Adept Sandfisher, needed for the 
A Farewell to Arms (Battle for Azeroth meta-achievement) and the 
Jani’s Trashpile mount.
You have approximately 13 hours on NA servers to complete the World Quest, according to this Reddit post.
Just a heads up. Sandfishing WQ up in US servers for the next 13 hours.!
