Unlike in the above image and Vanilla intro cinematic, in today’s WoW some ring models just can’t handle the thickness of Tauren fingers and instead of proudly displaying their sparkly glory, they vanish or get awkwardly embedded like they’re trying to dig for hidden loot.
Shefffield found out that their Tauren literally ate the Siren Isle ring, and it only shows the gem part of it. It’s like the devs are secretly trolling them – broken rings, helmets floating two inches off their heads, and boots that magically disappear (or become glorified anklets). But hey, who needs a ring when you’ve got strong fingers? Also, doors when mounted.
