The world of Azeroth is full of odd things, from weird NPCs and mobs, to outlandish zones and curious quests. It’s usually a joyous occasion finding a strange and curious piece of WoW you can share, which is exactly what happened to maes0n.
Presumably while exploring the Emerald Dream, maes0n stumbled upon a strange crab named Crab <T0 (.3/.3)>. In case you forgot, that’s how guilds are labeled for players!
Now, we know the human mind is capable of wild theories, secret crab guild definitely being one of them. Cobra53golf‘s mind went in the same direction.
Maes0n also couldn’t resist being a true Hunter, and checking what the crab dropped if killed, which some thought just a tad bit-coldhearted.
Many others weren’t really impressed by the crab though, but more with maes0n’s outfit. It looks exactly like the Hunter Dwarf from the 2004 WoW cinematic. Or very, very close to it.
Back to the crab. Turns out it exists in the database, but there’s not much info about it, or any comments. MindTheGnome has a theory of what it could be, and ExiledDitto expands on it with further research.
Or, you know, it could all just be maes0n’s fever dream after a long, long trek in the Emerald one. What’s your stance on mob guilds? Should the critters and monsters get guild perks, bank tabs and the rest?
