This one’s a true no-brainer old-school grindathon. Despite it being one of the best ways to level, it’s unfortunately tied to a specific Delve scenario, so it’s not always available.
What’s the Method?
MissildineWoW has found an insane method to level up super fast! All you have to do is run the Dread Pit Delve in the Ringing Deeps. By running that delve, he was able to gain 7% of a level every minute, meaning 70% of a level every 10 minutes, or a full level every 15 minutes. You have to consider that he has Warband Mentored Leveling (maxed out at 25% bonus XP), and it’s during the Anniversary event. This method, if you can even call it a method, works all the way from level 70 to 80.
He also mentions you can probably do even better than him and get things done faster. And speaking of speed, this may not be the absolute fastest way to get to 80, but it’s pretty close. It also has the very large advantage of being completely brainless. No questing routes to think of, no optimization or ANY preparation time.
What’s the Catch?
With all that in mind, it seems pretty simple and straightforward. So, what’s the catch? And of course, there is one – it only works if Smashing Skardyn is the scenario for the Dread Pit. But don’t worry, it comes up fairly often. So park some alt in front of the Dread Pit to check which scenario is up and then dive into a true grindathon!
