A now-deleted Reddit post, originally shared by sunnyfleur0330, highlighted one fan’s extraordinary efforts to claim these extremely popular mount codes.
The post revealed a Facebook Marketplace listing where someone was reselling 108 twelve-packs of Mountain Dew Game Fuel in the Citrus Cherry flavor. The seller had reportedly purchased the entire stash solely to collect the promotional codes included with the packs, leaving them with a mountain of soda to offload. The asking price? $4 per pack!
This frenzy comes as Mountain Dew announced that the initial stock of Hateforged Blazecycle codes had run out due to overwhelming demand, though they’ve promised more codes will be released soon, according to the redemption site.
While you can only get the codes in the US region, the mount can be redeemed worldwide, making it even more popular in demand!
