The known Warband currency transfer bug struck again, this time stealing over 18k Undercoins from one diligent player who farmed them through multiple characters. Happily, this time the issue was resolved and the currency returned. But not without some ticket troubles.
The first time we covered this issue, more than 28k Timewarped badges were lost in the transfer void. And as far as we know, they were never found. Many players raised their voices and told the same story back then. And it would seem the bug is still present and happily swallowing players’ hard work and hours invested.
The bigger problem is that Blizzard customer support doesn’t seem to be handling the raised tickets properly. There is a potential ray of light at the end of this tunnel though. Many players have gotten proper responses after opening multiple tickets. Yes, the first responses might have been just acknowledgements of the problem, but perseverance seems to be paying off.
We’ve also already mentioned that some just got the missing currencies in their mail weeks later, without any additional messages, but many still do not get anything back. So let’s hope Blizzard brings some festive spirit into 2025 and does something about this currency-stealing Voidwalker.
