A brand new mount is coming in Patch 11.1.5, and it’s called the 
Ny’alothan Shadow Worm, but unlocking it won’t be easy. You will need to beat the hardest version of Horrific Visions to get it.
How to Get the Ny’alothan Shadow Worm
To earn this mount, you have to finish an achievement called 
Mastering the Visions. The achievement involves completing two very difficult tasks:
Beyond the Most Horrific Vision of Stormwind – Complete all objectives in the Stormwind Horrific Vision with 8 masks on.
Beyond the Most Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar – Complete all objectives in the Orgrimmar Horrific Vision with 8 masks on.
That means you must complete everything in one visit with ALL 8 Faceless Masks active. These masks make the run much harder by adding more affixes.
Back in Battle for Azeroth, there were only 5 masks. In Patch 11.1.5, Blizzard raised it to 8 for a much tougher challenge!
