Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren storm crow mount in Patch 11.0.7 in our latest guide!
Thrayir is imprisoned in the Forgotten Vault, which is accessed during an active storm event while completing Special Assignments. To release him, you must gather 5 runekeys and match them to the corresponding runestones. Here’s how to get each runekey, including the precise coordinates:
Runekey Locations and Coordinates
Whirling Runekey – Drops from Ksvir the Forgotten in the southernmost room in the Forgotten Vaults. You will find the cave entrance to the Forgotten Vault at /way 44, 23 when using TomTom.
Cyclonic Runekey – Drops from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker located at /way 33, 76.
Torrential Runekey – Requires you to collect 7 
Torrential Fragments that drop from all mobs during a storm.
Turbulent Runekey – Requires the collection of 3 
Turbulent Fragments during the storm. - First fragment can be found at /way 38, 52.
- Second fragment is at /way 67, 79.
- Third fragment is at /way 52, 39.
Thunderous Runekey – To obtain this key, you must gather 5 
Thunderous Fragments. They drop from treasures and chests. When you complete the Siren Isle introductory quest, you will receive the 
Blessing of the Seadweller perk that lets you find treasure on the seafloor. Swim around to find treasure. Alternatively, when you are near treasure, your character will emanate a “wind aura” guiding you to it.
Upon collecting all 5 fragments, talk to Thrayir to collect your mount.
