Blizzard’s celebrating the second anniversary of the Trading Post in World of Warcraft by offering major discounts on a wide selection of items. Players can find reduced prices on transmog ensembles, weapons, mounts, pets, and toys, all previously available in the Trading Post.
Where to Find the Vendors
Trading Post’s anniversary introduces four special vendors in Dornogal (47.76, 52.25), each offering a unique selection of discounted goods.

One of the vendors is selling mounts for 500 Trader’s Tender (down from 800). The vast majority of pets are down to 200 Tender.
A separate vendor is selling the 
Ensemble: Bones of the Bloodhunter and other items including the 
Ash’adar, Harbinger of Dawn mount which changes colors based on the day/night cycle.
