Are you ready to breeze through the Netherwing reputation grind in a single day? This week with the 
Sign of the Twisting Nether buff available from Timewalking, you can go from Hated to Revered in no time and add up to 6 mounts to your collection!
Normally, you’d go from Hated to Neutral after completing the Netherwing questline, but this week’s buff makes it possible to skip the tedious grind and reach Revered immediately after you complete the intro questline. Haven’t started the questline yet? Now is the perfect opportunity!
Where to Start the Netherwing Questline?
Head to the crystals south of Warden’s Cache in Shadowmoon Valley (Outland) and look for Mordenai, a High-Elf quest giver who is wandering between the crystals. This quest starts the introduction to the faction. The first quest to pick up is Kindness.
For the first quest, you must kill NPCs around the crystal to feed 8 Netherwing Drakes. The subsequent quest requires you to seek out Neltharaku and you should switch to Steady Flight to be able to accept quests from the dragon since it’s high in the air and Skyriding makes it complicated!
When you complete the intro, you will reach Revered immediately with the faction. From there, it’s just a couple of quests to reach Exalted!
Unlock Six Netherwing Mounts!
Once you’re at Exalted with the Netherwing, you will be rewarded with one free Netherwing mount of your choice and can purchase an additional 5 mounts in Shattrath, the Lower City, for 200 gold each. Here are the mounts you can collect:
Reins of the Azure Netherwing Drake- Reins of the Cobalt Netherwing Drake
- Reins of the Onyx Netherwing Drake
- Reins of the Purple Netherwing Drake
- Reins of the Veridian Netherwing Drake
- Reins of the Violet Netherwing Drake
The Netherwing mounts are among the best-looking mounts in the game, so it’s definitely worth getting one!
