Blizzard have detailed some upcoming changes to the set bonuses for Enhancement, as both the 2 and 4 set effects are being adjusted in a coming PTR build.
Greetings Enhancement Shaman. We’ve made changes to your Liberation of Undermine tier set bonuses based on your feedback. In a future PTR build, we’ll be updating your tier set to the following:
- 2-Set Bonus – Your spells and abilities have a chance to activate a Winning Streak! increasing the damage of your Stormstrike, Lava Lash, and Doom Winds by 5%, up to 25%. Stormstrike and Lava Lash have a 8% chance to remove Winning Streak!
- 4-Set Bonus – When you lose your Winning Streak! the winds shift into Doom Winds for 4 seconds. When Doom Winds deals damage, your next Crash Lightning deals 20% increased damage, up to 100%. This effect can be stored up to 10 stacks. Additionally, Crash Lightning deals 50% more damage to your main target.
