Introduction to Cyrce’s Circle
Cyrce’s Circlet is an Epic Ring you will receive in about 10 minutes into the Siren Isles questline. This ring comes with 3 empty sockets for gems with powerful effects and +Stamina. It starts at Item Level 619 and can be further upgraded to Item Level 639.
Cyrce’s Circle Gems
Cyrce’s Circlet allows players to choose from a wide variety of gem effects for different benefits, but remember: you can slot only one gem of each type. Here’s a look at the available gems and what each offers:
Singing Sea Citrine Gems
- Fathomdweller’s Runed Citrine – Grants 1408.33 Mastery. In addition, all other Singine Citrine effects are increased based on your total Mastery.
- Mariner’s Hallowed Citrine – Your spells and abilities have a chance to bathe an ally in restorative water that jumps to 2 nearby allies, restoring 146,809.98 health to each of them.
- Seabed Leviathan’s Citrine – Grants 7658.9 Stamina and increases your size slightly. In addition, being above 80% health causes attackers to take 8838.78 Frost damage.
- Undersea Overseer’s Citrine – Your spells and abilities have a chance to drench an enemy in freezing seawater that bounces to 2 nearby enemies, dealing 97,873.32 Frost damage to each of them.
Singing Thunder Citrine Gems
- Roaring War-Queen’s Citrine – Your spells and abilities have a low chance of triggering the Singing Thunder Citrine effects of 4 nearby allies. Whenever an allied player dies, this effect is triggered immediately.
- Stormbringer’s Runed Citrine – Grants 440,167 of every second stat.
- Storm Sewer’s Citrine – Your spells and abilities have a chance to shield an ally with lightning, absorbing the next 264193.29 damage taken for 10 seconds. While the shield persists, attackers take 10% of the amount absorbed as Nature damage.
- Thunderlord’s Crackling Citrine – Your spells and abilities have a chance to zap an enemy dealing 176,128.86 Nature damage.
Singing Wind Citrine Gems
Finally, here are the Thunder Citrine gems you can put into the ring.
- Legendary Skipper’s Citrine – Your spells and abilities have a chance to cast a random Singing Citrine effect at 150% effectiveness.
- Old Salt’s Bardic Citrine – Your spells and abilities have a chance to whisper a sea shanty to 5 nearby allies, healing them for 123,203.97 health over 5 seconds.
- Squall Sailor’s Citrine – Your spells and abilities have a chance to slice 5 enemies with a rushing seabreeze, dealing 82,243.77 Nature damage to each of them.
- Windsinger’s Runed Citrine – Grants 1760.667 of your highest secondary stat.
Upgrading Cyrce’s Circlet
Cyrce’s Circlet, the new BiS ring you can empower with various gems, can be upgraded to Item Level 639!
To upgrade the ring, you will need Raw Singing Citrine. This item is currently available on a vendor called Citrinataur on the PTR, but we assume you’ll need to complete some sort of quest to get it when the patch is live.
Raw Singing Citrine increases the item level of the ring by 3 every time you use the consumable. The ring can be upgraded to Item Level 639.
