It’s been a while since we checked out some IRL fan creations, and we have some nice ones to look at today!
3dbdotcom completed their first woodworking project ever, and it’s quite the start! They used the Hearthstone and Lamplighter’s Tinderbox as references, combining the two in a really nice art piece. Talk about setting the bar high for first-time projects!
For the Tinderbox, they used reclaimed fence wood, and for the Hearthstone, they shaped aluminum foil, covered it with Sculpey clay, and added a resin swirl. Although they humbly downplay their work, mentioning imperfections like uneven cuts, other users praised the authenticity and craftsmanship.
That’s a whole lot of added personality to a home!
