During the event, 
Sign of the Scourge increases Wrath of the Lich King reputation gains from combat and quests by 50%.
The Fishing Pole
Mastercraft Kalu’ak Fishing Pole is a Fishing Pole that has been in the game since Wrath of the Lich King. It comes with a unique effect that grants 
Water Breathing. You can buy it at Exalted with the Kalu’ak.
In the past equipping the fishing pole meant sacrificing your weapon slot just to breathe underwater. However, right now, Profession Equipment has separate slots in the Profession tab, which means permanent underwater breathing for you, without the need to use 
Noggenfogger Elixir or being an Undead.
How to Max Out Kalu’ak Reputation Quickly?
First, visit the Darkmoon Faire complete your Profession Knowledge quests, and grab the 10% XP/Reputation buff (
WHEE!) by riding the Darkmoon carousel or roller coaster.
You must complete a short questline to unlock the Kalu’ak faction and then focus on completing dailies. The faction has bases set up in Borean Tundra, Dragonblight, and Howling Fjord.
Each zone has a small intro quest tied to it.
Borean Tundra
Start the questline by speaking to Utaik at Kaskala, a Kalu’ak village on the eastern shore. The first quest Preparing for the Worst will introduce you to the faction. Then talk to Ataika and pick up Not Without a Fight.
Howling Fjord
In Kamagua, a coastal village in Howling Fjord, start the quest Feeding the Survivors by talking to Elder Atuik.
Dragonblight
At Mo’aki Harbor, the Kalu’ak hub in Dragonflight, you can complete Let Nothing Go to Waste to start increasing rep with the faction.
When you complete the quests in each of the hubs, you should start seeing dailies pop up, and finishing them should grant you enough rep to unlock the Fishing Pole during the Timewalking week!
