A new accessibility option in Patch 11.1.5 lets you change the item quality color.
Found under Accessibility -> Colors -> Item Quality, this feature allows you to assign any color to various item tiers from Uncommon to Artifact!
In our example, we’ve changed the traditional Epic (purple) color to red.
Once saved, Epic items now appear red in tooltips and inventory displays when hovered over with your mouse.
Keep in mind this customization is client-side only, so only you will see it.
