Players have reported seeing Zekvir show up unexpectedly during their delve runs. Once you engage him and bring him down to 60%, Zekvir vanishes, leaving behind valuable rewards. Depending on your luck, you’ll either receive loot (including items you may not be able to equip), a bounty map that guarantees a treasure chest that contains 610 loot, or a 
Radiant Echo!
