Best Hero Talents for Restoration Druid in The War Within
This page is specifically about Hero Talents in The War Within. If you want to learn more about the best regular talents for Restoration Druid, check out our Talents page:
Raiding Hero Talents for Restoration Druid
Keeper of the Grove
Unfortunately Keeper of the Grove falls behind as soon as you
acquire
Druid Wildstalker 11.2 Class Set 2pc. It has good defensive
nodes and good passive damage, but it does not do enough healing.
Wildstalker
Wildstalker is the strongest Hero Talent for all scenarios
in raids. It provides the most steady healing and the highest burst.
The main reason for this tree to be used is our tier set
Druid Wildstalker 11.2 Class Set 2pc.
Mythic+ Hero Talents for Restoration Druid
Keeper of the Grove
Keeper of the Grove is currently not recommended for optimal dungeon
healing. It provides a lot less active damage but gives a better defensive
through
Protective Growth. It is also much less reliant on doing
damage in
Cat Form. In general, the healing provided by this tree
is so significantly behind
Wildstalker that there is really
no situation where you would run it over Wildstalker.
Wildstalker
Wildstalker is a much better damage choice and a better healing
choice for Mythic+. It can provide good, steady
healing often. Keep in mind that this Tree incentivises
doing damage in
Cat Form, but if you are looking only for healing,
you can just ignore the damage part.
Best Hero Talent Builds for Restoration Druid
Best
Wildstalker Raiding Talents Build for Restoration Druid
Harmonious Constitution and
Bond with Nature are
roughly equal for raiding. Pick whichever one you prefer.
Between Twin Sprouts and
Implant, we will
always pick Twin Sprouts due to higher average HoT generation.
Root Network is a better choice compared to
Resilient Flourishing as soon as you acquire
Druid Wildstalker 11.2 Class Set 2pc.
Best
Wildstalker Mythic+ Talents Build for Restoration Druid
Harmonious Constitution is preferred over
Bond with Nature.
You will be able to keep
Lifebloom on others and for self healing cast
Regrowth on yourself. This makes for more efficient healing
distribution.
Twin Sprouts is a much better choice for both damage and
healing, because the HoT and DoT generation is simply too high passively.
You will lose a guaranteed
way of applying
Symbiotic Bloom to the target, but it will
provide a ton of passive healing, assuming you have good
Efflorescence
and
Wild Growth usage.
Between Resilient Flourishing and
Root Network, you will
pick Resilient Flourishing until you get
Druid Wildstalker 11.2 Class Set 2pc.
After that, your average
Symbiotic Bloom count will skyrocket, so Root
Network will start providing substantial benefits.
