Raiding Hero Talents for Restoration Druid
Keeper of the Grove
Keeper of the Grove is the strongest Hero Talent for all scenarios in raids. It provides the most steady healing, the most passive damage, and, more importantly, by far the most burst healing. It also has better defensive nodes.
Wildstalker
Wildstalker is terrible in raids. The extra HoTs it provides only affect a few players at a time, barely enhance your ramps, and the DoT requires shifting into Cat Form. There is nothing this Tree offers that is better than what Keeper of the Grove offers.
Mythic+ Hero Talents for Restoration Druid
Keeper of the Grove
Keeper of the Grove is currently not recommended for optimal dungeon healing. It provides a lot less active damage but gives a better defensive through Protective Growth. It is also much less reliant on doing damage in Cat Form. The healing this Tree provides is a lot more burst-oriented, but you will need to play around Grove Guardians cooldowns. Steady healing is quite a bit behind.
Wildstalker
Wildstalker is a much better damage choice and a better healing choice for Mythic+. It has less burst healing, but it can provide good, steady healing often. Implant combined with Vigorous Creepers gives a lot of healing on demand. It also has good synergy with Convoke the Spirits because each Swiftmend cast by Convoke will also put Vigorous Creepers on the target. Keep in mind that this Tree relies heavily on doing damage in Cat Form, but if you are looking just for healing, you can just ignore the damage part.

First of all, one of the most important talents to pick here is Power of Nature. You need this talent to improve your ramps. This provides 30-40% increased healing to your Rejuvenations if you plan your Grove Guardians usage to have full 3 stacks for Flourish. The fourth stack is achieved by using Incarnation: Tree of Life a few seconds in advance.
On the right side, there is a choice between Potent Enchantments and Grove's Inspiration. Grove's Inspiration is better because 3 extra seconds on Tree of Life really do not add much. Also, Wild Growth and Regrowth are prominently featured in your ramp window.
Between Bounteous Bloom and Early Spring, you should pick based on the encounter timers. When you are using Flourish on cooldown or very close to on cooldown, the 3-second cooldown reduction on Grove Guardians will not do anything because you will still want to use all 3 charges for your ramp. If you delay Flourish to the point where you can squeeze an extra usage between them, then pick Early Spring; otherwise, Bounteous Bloom is a safer choice.
Control of the Dream is incredibly strong if you need a specific timer for your Incarnation: Tree of Life. It will reduce the cooldown of your first usage, which will allow the second one to be popped quite a bit earlier. There might be situations where you will delay one Tree and still be able to pop the next one at the proper time. If neither of these situations apply, pick Power of the Dream. It will slightly improve the power of your ramps.
Best Keeper of the Grove Mythic+ Talents Build for Restoration Druid
First of all, one of the most important talents to pick here is Power of Nature. You want to pick this talent to improve healing when you need it. Durability of Nature is a really poor option.
On the right side, there is a choice between Potent Enchantments and Grove's Inspiration. Grove's Inspiration is better because 3 extra seconds on Tree of Life really do not add much. Also, Wild Growth and Regrowth are some of your better healing spells in Mythic+, and they also buff the damage of Wrath and Starfire.
Between Bounteous Bloom and Early Spring, you should pick Early Spring. Having access to more Grove Guardians is always going to be better in dungeons.
Now for Control of the Dream and Power of the Dream in dungeons, you should pick Power of the Dream because it will add more healing over the course of the dungeon and specifically when you pop your Grove Guardians.

Implant is the only way you can guarantee Symbiotic Bloom to apply to the target. This makes your Swiftmend an insanely strong spot-healing tool. Combined with Vigorous Creepers you will be able to do a lot of healing to that target very fast.
Twin Sprouts is a much better choice for damage, because it can spread both damage portion and healing one. You will lose a guaranteed way of applying Symbiotic Bloom to the target, but it will provide a ton of passive healing, assuming you have good Efflorescence and Wild Growth usage.
Between Resilient Flourishing and Root Network, you will always pick Resilient Flourishing. 2-second increase to a 6-second HoT is very strong and will significantly increase the uptime of your 20% healing increase on the group.
