Overview
Skolex ravages players with its vicious jaws and volatile energies. The great worm's thrashings apply increasing applications of Ephemera Dust.
If Skolex detects a single clump of players, it will burrow to that location with Ravening Burrow, devour all Ephemera Dust, and gain an application of Insatiable.
- Skolex attacks with Ravening Burrow if it detects a single clump of players, devouring their Ephemera Dust.
- Retch inflicts heavy damage and applies Warp Sickness to players caught in its area of effect.
- Dust Blast inflicts damage to players furthest from Skolex's location.
- Skolex attacks with Ravening Burrow if it detects a single clump of players, devouring their Ephemera Dust.
- Skolex inflicts intense damage to players struck by Ravening Burrow.
- Dust Blast inflicts damage to players furthest from Skolex's location.
- Skolex attacks with Ravening Burrow if it detects a single clump of players, devouring their Ephemera Dust.
- Skolex's melee attacks two targets at once with Wormhole Jaws.
- At 100 energy, Skolex will cast Riftmaw and Rend in quick succession.
Skolex burrows and attacks if it detects all players in a single clump, inflciting 12,560 Physical damage to all players within 10 yards, knocking them back, and consuming their applications of Ephemera Dust.
Skolex devours Ephemera Dust, mutating painfully and increasing its damage done by 5%. This effect stacks.
If no players are present at the location where Skolex emerges, the shockwave of dust inflicts 25,121 Cosmic damage, and applies 10 stacks of Ephemera Dust to all players.
Skolex thrashes in the sand, inflicting 7,850 Physical damage to all players and applying Ephemera Dust.
Inflicts 338 Cosmic damage every 1.5 sec. for 300 sec. This effect stacks.
Skolex's thrashing movements fling dust at several players furthest from it$?diff17|diff14[.][, inflicting 6,280 Cosmic damage to all players within 10 yards of the targets.] Applies Ephemera Dust.

Skolex retches up reality boring acid on all players in a frontal cone, inflicting 12,560 Shadow damage on impact and 3,388 Shadow damage every 1.5 for 12 sec.
In addition, players will be teleported randomly at the end of the duration.
The player tears through reality, disorienting them for 2 sec.
Skolex flings blood from its wounds, inflicting 10,990 Shadow damage to players within 4 yards of the impact locations. The ichor inflicts 2,772 Shadow damage every 1.5 sec. and reduces Haste by 20% for 18 sec.
Skolex rends the flesh of its current target, inflicting 75,364 Physical damage on impact and 7,392 Physical damage every 1.5 sec. for 45 sec.
Skolex breaths reality tearing energies on its current target, inflicting 31,401 Shadow damage and increasing damage taken by Riftmaw by 500% for 6 sec.
Skolex's melee attacks hit the next closest player within 10 yards for Physical damage. If no players are in range, the primary target is struck twice.
If no targets are engaged in melee, Skolex annihilates a player with destructive bile, inflicting 314,016 Shadow damage.
