Below, you will find our recommended leveling build and talent pickup order for your Subtlety Rogue in MoP Remix. There are various ways of leveling in MoP Remix, and we offer some builds for the most relevant ways.

Gems are one of the unique ways to augment your character in MoP Remix, offering offensive, defensive, and utility benefits. On this page, we list the best gems for each type. To learn more about Gems in MoP Remix in general, check out our dedicated page below.

• Meta Gem: Oblivion Sphere
• Cogwheel Gem: Blink
• Prismatic Gems:

  You will have a tremendous amount of stats as you start unlocking all Gem slots, and there is no single best stat to stack. Generally speaking, chase for Mastery, Versatility, and Critical Strike Gems in a healthy balance as Subtlety damage scales well with all three.

• Tinker Gems:
  • Enkindle
  • Windweaver
  • Incendiary Terror
  • Lightning Rod
  • Sunstrider's Flourish
  • Hailstorm
  • Slay
  • Storm Overload
  • Brittle — Mainly for dungeons.
  • Explosive Barrage
  • Meteor Storm
  • Wildfire

To keep things simple while leveling and learning the spec, use the slider to select your level, and watch as the leveling rotation grows with each level!

When using our slider, note that some talents may appear sooner than you expect them to in the rotation. This is because we have two recommended builds above, each taking talents at slightly different times, and sometimes entirely different talents.

1. Use 4+ Combo Points to keep up Slice and Dice at all times. After you unlock Premeditation you barely need to cast it yourself.
2. Make sure you always have Instant Poison buff applied.
3. Cast Eviscerate to spend your Combo Points when fighting a single enemy.
4. Cast Black Powder to spend your Combo Points when fighting 3+ enemies.
5. Cast Backstab to generate Combo Points when fighting a single enemy. If you are in Stealth or have Shadow Dance active use Shadowstrike instead.
6. Cast Shuriken Storm to generate Combo Points when fighting 2+ enemies.
7. Use Shadow Blades either on cooldown or save it for elite enemies.
8. Cast Shadow Dance as a DPS cooldown as often as possible.
9. Cast Secret Technique to spend your Combo Points on cooldown.
10. Cast Symbols of Death as a DPS cooldown as often as possible.
