Below, you will find our recommended leveling build and talent pickup order for your Survival Hunter in MoP Remix. There are various ways of leveling in MoP Remix, and we offer some builds for the most relevant ways.

Gems are one of the unique ways to augment your character in MoP Remix, offering offensive, defensive, and utility benefits. On this page, we list the best gems for each type. To learn more about Gems in MoP Remix in general, check out our dedicated page below.

• Meta Gem: Oblivion Sphere
• Cogwheel Gem: Dark Pact — Most others prefer Blink, but we are mobile already and I recommend Dark Pact to counteract our squishiness.
• Prismatic Gems: You will have a tremendous amount of stats as you start unlocking all Gem slots, and there is no single best stat to stack. Several Tinker Gems offer huge amounts of secondary stats, and you want to adjust your stats around these. The caps for each stat are 36000 Mastery Rating, ~70% Crit, and ~50% Haste. Tinker Gems are going to bring you to the crit hardcap of 100%, and well past the Haste softcap of 100%. Remaining stats should go into Versatility. The best gems are Perfect Deadly Sapphire/ Perfect Masterful Amethyst/ Perfect Quick Topaz/ Perfect Versatile Diamond.
• Tinker Gems:
  1. Windweaver — The group Haste from this is extremely highly tuned.
  2. Enkindle
  3. Victory Fire — Very potent for leveling where you reliably killing blow all mobs. Not great for group content.
  4. Lightning Rod
  5. Slay
  6. Brilliance
  7. Incendiary Terror + Opportunist is a strong combo before you have high Crit levels. Incendiary Terror remains good even without Opportunist.
  8. Wildfire
  9. Hailstorm
  10. Meteor Storm + Opportunist — Early-game before you get high Crit. Meteor Storm is good alone, too.
  11. Sunstrider's Flourish — Benefits hugely from high Crit and Opportunist
  12. Explosive Barrage
  13. Mark of Arrogance — Strong if you regularly take damage that originates from enemies, like Raid AoE effects from bosses and the like.
  14. Storm Overload
  15. Brittle — Extremely powerful on AoE with dying targets. Weak on single-target/raid bosses.
  16. Ankh of Reincarnation — If you want a Cheat Death. Optional.
  17. Frost Armor — Strong Defensive, optional.
  18. There are other Tinker Gems, but none stand out in the way that the ones above do. I encourage you to experiment with different combinations, while keeping in mind the strength of the ones listed here.

When using our slider, note that some talents may appear sooner than you expect them to in the rotation. This is because we have two recommended builds above, each taking talents at slightly different times, and sometimes entirely different talents.

1. Use Harpoon to close gaps to enemies quickly.
2. On AoE, Use Fury of the Eagle on cooldown.
3. On AoE, Use Butchery on cooldown.
4. Use Explosive Shot on cooldown.
5. Use Kill Shot on cooldown.
6. Use Wildfire Bomb on cooldown.
7. Spam Raptor Strike.
8. Spam Arcane Shot.
9. Use Steady Shot as a filler.
