Overview
The Council of Blood, three deadly Venthyr nobles, attack simultaneously. They do not share health, but are restored to full health and gain additional abilities when one of their allies falls.
Players suffer in the Oppressive Atmosphere of the Venthyr's festivities, but when any council member is reduced to 50% health, the living bosses temporarily flee the arena, and a round of the Danse Macabre begins.
Players must find their assigned spaces on the dance floor and perform the courtly dance moves in sequence. When the dance concludes the bosses will rejoin the fray.
- Lord Stavros teleports behind his current target before inflicting damage from Evasive Lunge to players in a frontal line.
- Coordinate with your co-tank to manage Evasive Lunge and Duelist's Riposte.
- Attendees are granted limited time to locate their position for the Danse Macabre.
- Drain Essence inflicts heavy damage damage over time to the target.
- Quickly find your partner if paired off for the Dark Recital.
- Attendees are granted limited time to locate their position for the Danse Macabre.
- Dutiful Attendants maintain Unyielding Shield until they are slain.
- Quickly find your partner if paired off for the Dark Recital.

The Council of Blood
The magic of the dance enthralls players, applying 3 stacks of Dancing Fever for 30 sec. Each time the player jumps, 4,748 Shadow damage is inflicted to all players and a stack of Dancing Fever is removed.
Players who fail to remove all stacks before 30 sec are slain.
The intense and strict atmosphere of the Council of Blood inflicts 215 Shadow damage every 1 sec to all players.
This effect stacks, increasing in stack count every 10 sec.
Castellan Niklaus demonstrates a stunning counter-attack, inflcting 32,377 Physical damage and increasing the damge of Duelist's Riposte by 100% for 25 sec. This effect stacks.
Calls forth a Dutiful Attendant to shield the caster's allies.
The Dutiful Attendant maintains a shield on the weakest council member, making them immune to all damage for 600 sec.
Infused with Anima
When one council member is defeated, the remaining council members each gain an ability.
The Castellan orders several Begrudging Waiters to begin harassing players.
The Dredger Waiter throws fancy hors d'oeuvres at random players, inflcting 6,043 Nature damage.
Empowered with Anima
When both other council members are defeated, the remaining council member gains a final ability.
Castellan Niklaus' cold wrath emboldens his forces. When any of his allies are slain all other Nathrian forces within 12 yards of the victim become enraged, increasing their damage done by 100% for 18 sec.
Castellan Niklaus calls forth Veteran Stoneguard to his aid.
The Veteran Stoneguard slashes at its current target, inflicting 34,536 Physical damage and leeching some of the target's essence, permanently increasing their damage done by 50%. This effect stacks.
Calls forth a Dutiful Attendant to shield the caster's allies.
The Dutiful Attendant maintains a shield on the weakest council member, making them immune to all damage for 600 sec.
Baroness Frieda, pulls the life energy from her targets, inflicting 6,475 Shadow damage every 1 sec for 4 sec.
The Baroness launches a blast of anima at every player, inflicting 17,268 Shadow damage.
Each player hit by the blast suffers an additial 6,475 Shadow damage every 1.5 sec for 12 sec. This effect stacks.
When one council member is defeated, the remaining council members each gain an ability.
The Baroness violently unleashes the welled-up pride within each player causing them to erupt, inflicting 19,426 Shadow damage to all players within 6 yards.
Empowered with Anima
When both other council members are defeated, the remaining council member gains a final ability.
Baroness Frieda twists the pain of her victims, causing them to manifest pools of Manifest Pain when they take damage from her abilities.
Baroness Frieda manifests a pool at the player's location that lasts for 90 sec. Standing within the pool inflicts 3,237 Shadow damage every 0.5 sec.
Baroness Frieda summons forth 4 Soul Spikes that impale her current target over 4 sec. Each spike inflicts 25,902 Physical damage and increases the damge taken from Soul Spikes for 4 sec. In addition, each impact radiates a portion of the damage inflicted to all players as Shadow damage.
The Baroness launches a blast of anima at every player, inflicting 17,268 Shadow damage.
Each player hit by the blast suffers an additial 6,475 Shadow damage every 1.5 sec for 12 sec. This effect stacks.
Lord Stavros teleports behind his current target before lunging forward, inflicting 32,377 Physical damage to players in a line 20 yards long and increasing their damage taken by Evasive Lunge by 100% for until cancelled. This effect stacks.
Lord Stavros assigns players to dance in pairs for 8 sec. While farther than 8 yards from your partner Lord Stavros punishes you, inflicting 1,942 Shadow damage every 0.5 sec.
In addition, Lord Stavros encourages your dance moves by marking each partner's location every 0.5 sec, causing it to erupt inflicting 17,268 Shadow damage to all players within 2.5 yards of the impact.

When one council member is defeated, the remaining council members each gain an ability.
Lord Stavros calls Waltzing Venthyr to careen across the dance floor. Upon contact players suffer 17,268 Shadow damage and are stunned for 1 sec.
Empowered with Anima
When both other council members are defeated, the remaining council member gains a final ability.
Lord Stavros is unimpressed by your dance moves. While moving or jumping your movement speed is reduced by 2% every 0.25 sec.
Standing still allows you to regain your footing.
Lord Stavros calls all Waltzing Venthyr to the dance floor.
Venthyr noble men and women emit violent outbursts of celebratory anima when in the throes of revelry. Each burst inflicts 215,850 Shadow damage to players within 11 yards.
Lord Stavros assigns players to dance in pairs for 8 sec. While farther than 8 yards from your partner Lord Stavros punishes you, inflicting 1,942 Shadow damage every 0.5 sec.
In addition, Lord Stavros encourages your dance moves by marking each partner's location every 0.5 sec, causing it to erupt inflicting 17,268 Shadow damage to all players within 2.5 yards of the impact.
Intermission: The Danse Macabre
When a council member is reduced to 50% health, each living council member retreats to the balcony for the Danse Macabre.
The master of dance calls players to take their places and follow the lead of their dredger dance partners. Making the proper dance move shows your Fancy Footwork, while failing to do so demonstrates your Wrong Moves.
Each correctly performed dance step increases Haste by 3% for 30 sec.
This effect stacks.
Failure to perform the correct dance step inflicts 1,295 Shadow damage every 1 sec and removes any Fancy Footwork. This damage continues to increase until you find your proper location or the Danse Macabre ends.
