Overview
The Eye of the Jailer fights players directly on the platform at first. Upon reaching 75%, 50%, and 25% health remaining, the Eye of the Jailer unleashes two of its Deathseeker Eyes to assault players on the platform and retreats to fight from a distance.
When all of its Deathseeker Eyes have been defeated the Eye of the Jailer becomes enraged, unleashing Immediate Extermination and beginning its final assault.
- Deathlink will damage other people in the raid for the amount of damage you take.
- Spreading Misery will always hit the Deathseeker Eye's primary target and one other random target.
- Deathseeker Eyes will repeatedly cast Suffering if brought too close to each other.
- If Deathseeker Eyes do not die together, the dead one will continuously pulse Suffering.
- Desolation Beam will chain to other targets nearby on cast, increasing damage with each leap. $[15
- Dragging Chains is reduced by each target hit by the effect.$]
- Deathlink will damage other people in the raid for the amount of damage the primary target takes.
- Slothful Corruption slows down ranged and casting speeds but does not slow down melee attack speed.
- Immediate Extermination will eventually make healing impossible.

Stage One: His Gaze Upon You
The Eye of the Jailer propels a sharp pinpoint of force at its current target, inflicting 12,023 Physical damage.
The Eye of the Jailer unleashes dark energies at its current target inflicting 24,046 Physical damage. In addition, the impact radiates a portion of the damage inflicted to all other players as Shadow damage.
The Deathseeker Eyes flanking the Eye of the Jailer inflict 7,514 Shadow damage to random targets.
The Eye of the Jailer unleashes a surge of soul energy at the feet of random players, inflicting 15,029 Shadow damage to all players within 7 yards of the impact. Players damaged by this effect have their soul split into three Fractured Souls.
Soul Shards torment the afflicted player until they are touched, inflicting 901 Shadow damage every 1 sec, reduce movement speed by 20%, and reduce damage and healing done by 30%. This effect stacks.
Stage Two: Double Vision
The Eye of the Jailer ejects two Deathseeker Eyes and cloaks itself in a Stygian Shield, inflicting 12,023 Shadow damage to players at the landing locations of the eyes.
The Eye of the Jailer focuses its energy into a massive blast, inflicting 12,023 Shadow damage to all players.
The Eye of the Jailer unleashes a beam of shadowy energy at a random player, inflicting 6,008 Shadow damage before leaping to nearby allies for increased damage.
The Eye of the Jailer unleashes a surge of soul energy at the feet of random players, inflicting 15,029 Shadow damage to all players within 7 yards of the impact. Players damaged by this effect have their soul split into three Fractured Souls.
Deathseeker Eyes propels a sharp pinpoint of force at a target, inflicting 12,023 Physical damage.
When Deathseekers are within 30 yds. of each other they cast Suffering every 3 sec.
The Deathseeker Eye unleashes a blast of corrupting energy inflicting 6,618 Shadow damage to all players and increasing their Shadow damage taken by 22.02,007% for 60 sec. This effect stacks.
Dead Deathseekers cast Suffering every 8 sec. while another Deathseeker is alive on the platform.
The Deathseeker Eye unleashes a blast of corrupting energy inflicting 6,618 Shadow damage to all players and increasing their Shadow damage taken by 22.02,007% for 60 sec. This effect stacks.
Fatigues random targets with 1,803 Shadow damage every 1.5 sec. for 21 sec, reducing spell casting, ranged attack speed, and movement by 40%.
The Deathseeker Eye spreads misery into the souls of random targets, inflicting 3,306 Shadow damage every 1 sec. for 5 sec.
Upon removal, the misery spreads to the ground beneath the target, leaving a pool of Jailer's Misery.
Creates a pool of condensed evil that lasts for 600 sec, inflicting 3,306 Shadow damage to all players in the zone every 1.5 sec.
Stage Three: Immediate Extermination
The Eye of the Jailer attempts to wipe out all mortal life around it, permanently increasing its attack rate by 50%. In addition, the soul draining effects increase every 6 sec, inflicting a blast of 9,919 Shadow damage and reducing healing received by players by 10% until the end of the encounter.
