Transmogrification Druid PvE Tier 17 Sets (WoD 6.2)

Tier 17 sets were introduced with the second raid of the first tier of Warlords of Draenor: Blackrock Foundry. Druids have 3 Tier 17 sets: Normal set (item level 665), Heroic set (item level 680), and Mythic set (item level 695). Pieces for Tier 17 sets cannot be obtained through LFR.
Tier 17: Normal
Pieces for the Tier 17 Normal set are created by tokens that drop from
select bosses from Blackrock Foundry, in Normal difficulty. These tokens can
also be chosen as rewards of the quest started by
Essence of the Iron Vanquisher (Alliance) or
Essence of the Iron Vanquisher (Horde),
which can drop from Blackhand, the last boss of Blackrock Foundry.

Living Wood Raiment, dropped by Flamebender Ka'graz - Hands:

Tier 17: Heroic
Pieces for the Tier 17 Heroic set are created by tokens that drop from
select bosses from Blackrock Foundry, in Heroic difficulty. These tokens can
also be chosen as rewards of the quest started by
Essence of the Iron Vanquisher (Alliance) or
Essence of the Iron Vanquisher (Horde),
which can drop from Blackhand, the last boss of Blackrock Foundry.
