Tier 18 sets were introduced with the second raid tier of Warlords of Draenor: Hellfire Citadel. Warlocks have 3 Tier 18 sets: Normal set (item level 695), Heroic set (item level 710), and Mythic set (item level 725). Pieces for Tier 18 sets cannot be obtained through LFR.
