Summary of Abilities Granted to Warlocks by Each Covenant
- Kyrian
- Signature Ability — Summon Steward calls your steward to bring you a Phial of Serenity.
- Warlock Ability — Scouring Tithe deals damage to enemies and generates Soul Shards.
- Night Fae
- Signature Ability — Soulshape transforms you into a Vulpin, instantly teleporting you forward, increasing your movement speed for a short time.
- Warlock Ability — Soul Rot withers away life force from your current and 3 nearby targets.
- Necrolord
- Signature Ability — Fleshcraft provides an absorption shield and increases damage taken.
- Warlock Ability — Decimating Bolt deals damage and empowers your next 3 Drain Souls, Demonbolts, and Incinerates.
- Venthyr
- Signature Ability — Door of Shadows teleports you to a targeted location.
- Warlock Ability — Impending Catastrophe creates a cloud that travels to the target and afflicts them with Curse of Weakness or Curse of Tongues.

Kyrian Warlock Covenant Ability
Scouring Tithe: Deal (65% of Spell Power) Arcane damage instantly, and (108% of Spell Power) over 18 seconds. If the enemy dies while affected by Scouring Tithe, you generate 5 Soul Shards. If they survive, Scouring Tithe's cooldown is refreshed. (1.5-second cast, Costs 2% of Base Mana, 40-yard range, 40-second cooldown)
Night Fae Warlock Covenant Ability
Soul Rot: Wither away all life force of your current target and up to 3 additional targets nearby, causing your primary target to suffer (200% of Spell Power) Nature damage and secondary targets to suffer (100% of Spell Power) Nature damage over 8 seconds. For the next 8 seconds, casting Drain Life will cause you to also Drain life from any enemy affected by your Soul Rot, and Drain Life will not consume any mana. (1.5-second cast, Costs 0.5% of Base Mana, Limited to 4 targets, 40-yard range, 60-second cooldown)
Necrolord Warlock Covenant Ability
Decimating Bolt
- Affliction: Hurl bolts of decimating magic at your target, dealing (138% of Spell Power) Shadow damage and increasing the damage of your next 3 Drain Souls by 100%. Decimating Bolt's damage, and the bonus to Drain Soul both increase as your target's health decreases.
- Demonology: Hurl bolts of decimating magic at your target, dealing (138% of Spell Power) Shadow damage and increasing the damage of your next 3 Demonbolts by 100%. Decimating Bolt's damage, and the bonus to Demonbolt both increase as your target's health decreases.
- Destruction: Hurl bolts of decimating magic at your target, dealing (138% of Spell Power) Shadow damage and increasing the damage of your next 3 Incinerates by 100%. Decimating Bolt's damage, and the bonus to Incinerate both increase as your target's health decreases.
(2-second cast, Costs 4% of Base Mana, 40-yard range, 45-second cooldown)
Venthyr Warlock Covenant Ability
Impending Catastrophe: Call forth a cloud of chaotic anima that travels to the target enemy, dealing (25.3% of Spell Power) Shadow damage to enemies in its path. When the anima reaches the target it explodes, inflicting either Curse of Weakness or Curse of Tongues, and dealing (138% of Spell Power) Shadow damage over 12 seconds to all nearby enemies. (2-second cast, Costs 4% of Base Mana, 40-yard range, 60-second cooldown)
